My progress disappeared
Progress is stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing the cache, using a private window, or switching browsers will lose it, and it cannot be recovered.
The game is stuck on a screen
Refresh the page first (F5 on desktop, pull to refresh on mobile). If it is still stuck, clear your browser cache and reload.
